Here's what I ended up with:
I'm so amazed every time top blogger Camille Co pairs pieces that are of different prints. She does it so flawlessly that you would think she's wearing a dress when in fact she has two separates on that go so well together, it looks like they've been made to be paired or to be just one-piece. This is my attempt to follow her tip that when you mix print on print, there must be a pattern or color that is the same with the two pieces so it wouldn't look tacky or costume-y.
Forever 21 dressBoth these prints have black and white colors that's why they balance each other out and don't clash.
I've worn this dress so many times in various ways: with different cover-ups, as a top, as a bottom and as itself. :) I can definitely say it's a good buy considering its very affordable price!
Skirt from Landmark
I've had this skirt for more than three years now! I just bought it for an exhibit my club hosts and I'd never thought I can wear it again anywhere.
Tiffany Gladiator heels from Landmark
Fila red socks
I bought this red socks for Fashion Week, I think. It never really suited anything but in my attempt to add color and fun to this monochromatic get-up, I wore them out for this shoot! Is it okay?
What do you think?
P.S. Thanks to my friend Pat for taking my photos!!! :>>>
