Birthday Dinner: Wonderland

My last 18th birthday post! =)

Since it was my birthday in Day 3 of our Singapore trip, my parents arranged a birthday dinner for me before flying back to the Philippines.

I have already found a restaurant online but didn't make a reservation because we were unsure if our trip will push through for I had measles the whole week! :( It did push but when we got to the restaurant, it was already fully booked. Grr, I wanted to have dinner right above Singapore's night city! We still ate at a good one though, Taste Paradise. The only foregone value was there is no scenic view at the restaurant but the food tastes great!

Singapore on Film

A quick break from outfit posts!

If you've been following my blog, you would know that I took my Minolta SLR for a spin the first time when we went to Singapore.

I have a Basic Photography class this semester and I was hoping I can use what I will learn in the three weeks of November on our trip so I can somehow produce A-class photos but my professor just showed up last Friday so say hello to my beginner photography prowess(if it can even pass as that)!

I know I've already uploaded Singapore photos but those were digital. Film can par up with digital, I tell you! I used three colored film rolls but as said, I'm still a trying-hard photographer and ended up with only 22 photos and 19 to show you! haha So much for my overall 92-point and shoot clicking!

Here are the photos! Tralalala

Tribal Princess

What better way to end a trip and spend my birthday than to shop! If I had all the money in the world, I'll go shopping endlessly! Not only for me, but for everyone else too! All of us have the right to look good, don't you think? (Not that it's the most important thing in the world though =) To cut that short, we went shopping for the day.

Because J.Co always has long lines here in the Philippines and my sister is too giddy about it, we bought a box of its doughnuts instead of the traditional birthday cake. Don't regret it a bit!

Notice my mom in the background? She's the cutest!
